Was here a week or so ago and the quality of the coffee harken me back to what starbucks was 10-15 years ago... pretty damned ok coffee. The other bonus is their Coffee Snob (Black Aprons) know their stuff about amazing coffee. The fellow with the celtic knotwork armband will amaze you with his knowledge of the sacred bean juice just ask. This place is the Glastonbury Tor of Starbucks as far as I am concerned coming in a very close 2nd behind the Pike Street Market Store... Coffee Snob Approved

This place has all I need out of a Starbucks! Good service and friendly people. My husband gets his coffee and I like to get one of those "Protein Packs" with the hard-boiled egg, cheese, apple slices and grapes. But not every location has them. After a morning of travel, I was very grateful to find they did have them! On this particular day they were giving out samples, which is always nice. Coffee cake and their new cold brewed coffee. Also, this location is super convenient to the airport. Our flight got in early and we had two hours to kill before our parents' flight got in. This was the perfect place to relax, get a snack and even go through the car wash right next door.

I live nearby and use their drive by window almost every day in the summer. I will say their customer service is always excellent! They may have made a few mistakes here and there but will quickly rectify it and with a smile. The other day, the line was fairly long and I had to wait longer than usual. When I pulled up (not complaining) they said that the coffee was on them and they apologized for long wait. I wasn't upset but it was a very nice gesture. I always find the baristas very nice and pleasant. I was a Starbucks Barista for many years back in college I know they have to deal with a lot of cranky people who complain a lot. I hope they know there are customers that appreciate their hard work and their great attitude. Keep the friendly service coming!!

Usually go through drive thru but wanted to ride my bike and sit outside. They made my fiancee drink wrong and asked him three times what he wanted but still wrong. Then forgot about our food. We were able to get the Sunday paper and that's great!

Friendly staff, outdoor seating, clean inside, relatively new building. This Starbucks serves a good cup of Joe. The new refreshers are indeed refreshing. I'll stop here anytime I'm in the area.

We just left and I must say we had the friendliest barista. She offered our dog a puppychino. no one from any other starbucks has ever done this. it's free too!!! Jenks loved it and we love this starbucks, plus the drinks were amazing. I'm happy that we chose to stop here after a stressful day because it brightened mine!

The baristas are very nice, but I finally had to stop going here because my drink was incorrect the majority of the time. I am sure they would have remade it, but when I go thru the drive thru I am usually on my way somewhere and don't have time to stop to have it fixed.

After discovering the joys of the Pumpkin Spice Latte with soy and no whip (boo for lactose intolerancy!), I've been visiting this location way more often. The drive-thru is always fast and those working the window are always cheerful and friendly. For as long as the lines get at 8am it goes quickly because the employees work incredibly hard to get drinks out as fast as they can while maintaining Starbucks quality. Inside, it's always clean and bright and warm. The baristas are fantastic and very nice as well. It's a smaller Starbucks but it's definitely comfortable and enjoyable to work in. It's great to have a Starbucks drive-thru location so close to home, especially since the servers kick so much butt. Keep it up!

Not too bad. Has a drive up. Inside has a decent amount of tables but I can't say the staff went out of their way to be overly friendly. Honestly the staff in the 'bucks at the SuperTarget in Brighton seems friendlier and seems to want your business.

I had to stop and share some experiences (yes more than one) that makes me not want to hang at this Starbucks. They have some surly baristas with attitudes that do not really match up with the whole Starbucks vibe. I was in the drive thru where I shared my drink order. There was a diesel truck behind mine that was noisy, so the barista could not hear me well and asked me to repeat what I said. I spoke up in a louder tone and her response was a verbal WELL!!... (as though I was yelling). I had to explain that I was trying to be loud enough to hear her....Ugh. Then another visit (this time inside) I asked her to tell me about the breakfast sandwiches, and she told me to just look in the window and choose, rather than to help me with some options. After ordering, we waited and waited for our food. We realized that they left it at the bar at the end without announcing it was there... UGH 2. Maybe everyone 18 year old is over the mystique of working at Starbucks, and they are back to behaving like the employee who would rather have lye poured in their eyes than to work for a living at a coffee shop. Even so, there is something about being courteous to people, so as to encourage their business in the future. Starbucks, you may be everywhere but there really is some other options.

I concur with Steve R. I like it here because of the drive thru and proximity to my home. But I feel like my coffee tastes burnt more often then not. If I am close by, I prefer the Super Target location...but since I pass this Starbucks at least twice a day, they get my biz.

This is a fairly new Starbucks and I really like it overall. I like the way this store is set up inside, there are plenty of tables not next to the doors and an actual bar to sit at while you wait for drinks. There is a drive through. The staff are always very friendly and are willing to look up ingredients on drinks (sometimes I have to ask as I require gluten free foods/drinks). My only real complaint is that they don't have a really good shady area, the tables outside do have umbrellas, but in this heat and awning or porch type cover would be so much more appealing.
